• Continue for 3 miles

• Exit onto the B3192, following brown signs for Ashcombe Cottages & Activities

• Go straight over the mini roundabout

• After 1 mile, turn left at the blue Ashcombe Adventure Centre sign
  

• At Exeter Racecourse, turn left immediately after the old Little Chef

• Turn right under the road bridge

• Go straight over the mini roundabout and follow the woodland road to join the A380

• Follow the A380 (towards Torquay) for 2 miles

• Exit onto B3192 and follow the signs as above

• On the A380 heading toward Exeter

• About 3 miles after Newton Abbot, follow brown signs for Ashcombe Cottages & Activities

• Turn left under the Ashcombe Cross bridge

• Follow the B3192 for 1 mile

• Turn left at the blue Ashcombe Adventure Centre sign
